George,

From out here Earth's problems seem small, right now. Right now there is enough food produced to wipe out Malnutrition. But through waste and a lack of a better way of distributing that food many starve and even more are malnurished.

What do you think will happen in 2050 when the world population will probably reach 9 billion???

even though we assume that population will grow . but chances are very slim as now. this is because the concept of j.n.k(just no kids) is getting very strong. you might not know that in certain country in few years population will become half because their major population is of senior citizens. As for food the problem is that people whom we choose are generally so greedy that if all our natural needs are satisfied our focus will come down to them.
so they create a shortage even when there is a lot. all human beings including me are stupid. we do not have the guts to fight.
we are always divided but with time there will be a world class leader who will revolutuionise this system.

Ankush, the 9 billion is a pretty good guess.
The J.N.K. will only effect the US and France but it will mean that our population for a while will be largely elderly, our populations will slowly grow and we will have to allow more imagrants than we do now. But the rest of the world is growing, except for China and Japan because in China there are restrictions on childbirth rates and in Japan the majority of the population knows that they are running out of resourses. But the world just will not support 9 billion.

bye,
george

J.N.K is getting very popular in the rest of the world as more an more people want to enter into live in relationship & prefer career over children. it is picking very fast in India. moreover for certain undeveloped countries the reason for population boom is U.N.O. .they are the one who are giving allowances for every kid which is stupidity. rather they should rectify it & give more if you have one or two child. so your guess may be right but generally my forecast is very near to actual things. I love to study & understand such things.

out of reach, but solution will come
Hi George.
is it an impending calamity for the world?
Since the first of life in the world, there are many problems faced. And there were more terribly. So, axiety, fear, even war are the classic problems of human kind. At year 2050, who knows if people find simple food just like a pill. or maybe scintist could find food from ocean not just from land. I don't know.

Payday Loan Advocate for tigblog.org
The novel Brave New World by Aldous Huxley was published as a warning. It tells the tale of London in the year 2540, in a dystopian future in which the government controlled every aspect of the citizens’ lives, down to not allowing any dissenting, or in other words free, thought. This was Huxley’s vision of what will happen to societies if the government was allowed enough leeway to impose their iron fist into the everyday lives down to thoughts, words, and free choice of the citizens. This novel was controversial, and still is, but what is worse still is that his and also George Orwell’s cautionary tales of restriction of governmental regulation are beginning to come true, even here in the land of the free, the USA. For instance, the California government has allowed zoning of Los Angeles to include where fast food restaurants cannot have a store open. Burger joints are becoming outlawed, and one of the next targets is the payday loan industry, which has already come under fire. Many politicians and candidates are pledging to rid their respective states, municipalities, and also the entire United States of this legitimate and valuable service industry. Many of these politicians are hoping to get elected so that they can serve their own self interest or the banking lobby’s interests. How far should they be allowed to go before we, the American people, say enough?
